Today, i read Chapters 16-24(i forgot to read chapter 16). Continued from my last blog(which I didn't finish),they are in the Fantasy Forest. They are also there with Luka, who's their guide in the forest.They follow Luka to a part of the forest that they think has nuts on the ground.The nuts are as big as eggs. Then an animal darts out from the trees. Turns out, its just a squirral. But Luka got so scared,that he runs away. They try to run after him, but he's too fast. Justin finds a note in the back of his jeans.The note says:"DEAR KIDS,KEEP LUKA WITH YOU,AND YOU WILL PASS THE TEST.DO NOT LET HIM OUT OF YOUR SIGHT.BE CARFUL NOT TO LOSE HIM-OR YOU ARE DOOMED.And thats the good news.Then, all of a sudden, the ground starts shaking.Turns out, the nuts are cracking,and inside them are mice!There so many, that Justin starts sufocating in them.He finally has the strength to stand up. He squeezes one of them and it dies.Turns out, they were mechenical mice.They had an on and off button.He grabs a few and puts them in on of the back packs they got.Then they start exploring.They later find out that the trees are fake and that you can brake them with your bare hands.Marissa breaks one and bats come out.Then theres a BOOM! In the forest.And then another and another and then there two BOOMS at the same time. Trying to get away,they run into a very shallow stream. But then they start sinking.Turns out the stream is also fake.But now its too late.What they see a pair of two black cats that are the size of dinosaurs.The cats want to eat them for lunch!
